for Schools and Fund Raising Groups

Introduction

The Children's Painting Workshop Hire Kit is a fun filled, art activity for children aged 3 to 12 years. Paints used are in dry pallet form with a small amount of water used to activate the paint. A painting takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

This activity provides children with focused, interactive entertainment while enabling them to express themselves with a large area of colour.

This kit is ideal for fund raising and is easily operated by one or two adults. Caters for up to eight children at a time.

The only items required are water cups, a suitable table for paint cups and somewhere to tie the painting banners.

Additional prints are available at $11.00 per roll of 10 - up to 100 prints total per hire kit.

Please advise when booking if you will require additional prints.

Hire Kit Contents

60 Stenciled pictures 90 x 60 cm in size with 8 different image.
36 Solid paints in cups - assorted colours.
2 Banners with ropes - 4 pictures per banner.
12 Brushes, 10 disposable aprons, 16 spring clips and rubber bands.
Picture selection chart and instruction card.

Everything is contained in one kit box.

Hire Kit Procedure

A courier will deliver the kit 2-3 days prior to your event.
Select a suitable location for the two painting banners. Tie them to a fence, between the poles on an undercover walkway, under some shady trees or any where there are two 3. 8 metre spaces.
Clip the pictures to the banners, distribute the paints, brushes, some water in a cup and the setup is complete.
When you are finished, keep the unused pictures and dispose of the aprons. Place the rest back in the box, attach the return label and place in the reception area.
Advise us when the kit is ready for pickup.

Presentation Suggestions

Find a sponsor - Present the activity as a 'free to children' entertainment package. We will invoice your elected sponsor direct.
As a fund raiser - Schools/Groups charge between $3.00 to $4.00 per picture - use coupons or pay as you go.
Entertainment package - Present the activity for a gold coin donation.
Any pictures left over may be sold off or kept for a later date.

No deposit required for schools and groups.

Hire kit payment for schools, companies and groups may be made by either, cheque or electronic funds transfer. Individual or private bookings will require payment by credit card.

Booking terms and Payment Details

A booking confirmation and purchase order will be required at least 4 days prior to the event date. Please allow four working days for delivery.

Services will be invoiced when goods are shipped, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

The sealed kit will be shipped via courier 3 to 4 days prior to the event date.

Payment may be made by: Cheque - Payable to: Agents for the Arts. Credit Cards: Mastercard and Visa or by Direct Deposit via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Please Note:
Upon receipt of the returned sealed kit we will examine the contents. You will be contacted if any shortfall in contents is shown.

Any missing contents may be returned to us at your cost or a second invoice will be drawn for the total amount of the missing goods plus a $15.00 (Incl GST) administration fee.

Full payment due within 14 days.
